Franchising is not for everyone though - to operate an All Play franchise you need the managerial and personal skills necessary to run an energetic and bustling business, serving dozens of dogs and owners daily. To run a daycare you must love dogs and have experience in handling all different personality types of dogs. Training experience is valuable in operating a daycare as well.

It should come as no surprise that our selection process and criteria is rigorous and in-depth. We look for individuals with a demonstrated ability to handle dogs, manage people, good common business sense, and who are highly motivated and enthusiastic people. We franchise only to individuals, not to partnerships, absentee investors or families. The rewards to becoming an All Play franchisee are there - both financially and personally.
